Pleasley Nature Reserve.

Not the best of days to visit but the sun came out long enough for me to open up the shutter speed and capture Lapwings in flight.
The Lapwing is sometimes called the Green Plover because of the greenish iridescent plumage on its back.
I am sure we will be making more trips to the reserve during the year.
